Thinkpad X1 Yoga Boot Menu

My Thinkpad X1 Yoga is connected to my work network via a OneLink Plus.  I have a wireless keyboard and mouse connected.

Since the last bios update, when I power up the laptop, a boot menu pops up and I have stop, open the laptop, and select my hard drive using the laptop's screen and keyboard.

Is there a way to disable this menu?

Re: Thinkpad X1 Yoga Boot Menu

I haven't heard this problem before but I have some questions about what you are seeing:

1.  Does the same problem happen even if you aren't connected to the OneLink+ dock?

2.  When you see the problem where you have to open the laptop and select the hard drive, is the hard drive the first option in the list?  Or is something else first in the list?  If you could take a picture of the screen and post it here, that would be helpful.

Re: Thinkpad X1 Yoga Boot Menu

I figured out the problem.  I had a USB flash drive plugged into the OneLink Plus.  When I removed the USB flash drive, no boot menu.  Problem solved.
