Thinkpad X230 Battery problem

I recently bought x230 as a refurb. Everything was working as expected on delivery. 2 days later the battery stopped working. The battery is showing that it is charged, all diagnostics in powershell show that the battery should be operating as normal. I have checked in device manager to see if I would need to update drivers. Updated the BIOS and am still having the same result. Trying to exhaust all options before buying a new battery since this laptop is 1 week old (to me). 

 

I will try to provide any more information if you may find it useful.

Maybe the battery you purchased has quality problems?

It is possible the battery is faulty. I am thrown off because all the tests come back saying that bettery is normal and should be working...
