Hi all,
I'm trying to enable Intel's virtualization technologies VT-x but the option is [Disabled] and grayed out in the BIOS. I can't move in the options to enabled the options.
I've tried to see if there is any BIOS update, but everything seems to be up-to-date.
BIOS general window
Security > Virtualization
Intel virtualization disabled
Everything is up to date
Any hints on how I can proceed? The llaptop still has a valid warranty. Should I contact Lenovo support directly?
Thanks,

Hi bananaman,
When I try to use the BIOS setup it ask for a password that is blank, just <ENTER> let me in. I have set a password for hard disk, not sure if is related at all.
How do I know if my blank password is supervisor or not?
Thanks for your reply.
