I have a Polycom CX5000/MS Roundtable that is not recognized by Windows 10 (version 1709, build 16299.98) in new Lenovo Thinkpad x270 and P51s.
When this made for Windows Lync/Skype4Business USB device is connected, no connection tone is given and no device shows in device manager.
When attempting to manually add this device, the device scan never detects it.
This device does work on older Thinkpad notebooks that are using Win10 (version 1709, build 16299.371 and other versions).
Drivers used by the CX5000 on the older notebooks are present in the appropriate locations in the newer system and are of the same date.
There are no mfg. drivers to install and none are available from Polycom. As a made for Windows device, the drivers are simply included in Windows.
Hoping someone has a suggestion.
