Thinkpad x250 Sata drive seen as Ata drive wont boot.

Hello everyone,

I had to format my device and made a clean installation of windows but somehow after installation, my bios settings has changed and i couldnt figured out how.

BIOS Config :

Thinkpad x250 with i5 vpro.

Samsung SSD 860 evo 250gb SATA III

Windows 10 64bit Pro

My boot drive looks like ATA drive and i cannot enable Secure boot or UEFI only.

and i have no idea how it happened.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks

Alp

Hi Alpilter! Welcome to our forums community. Could you provide to us a screenshot of the BIOS window? So we can compare it to the photo below. Regards
