Thinkpad x40 restore, Need help ASAP

2008-08-02, 14:50 PM

Hi,

I have a thinkpad x40 notebook and i have problem with the restore to the factory settings. I've created the rescue and recovery media. When I started the restore process, the files from the CD's could not be copied to the notebook hard disk, because the hard disk was too full. I could not delete the files in the hard disk, because i could not get into the windows system at all.

Do you guys have any idea to solve this problem? Any idea how could I delete the filed in the hard disk, so it could load the files from the recovery CD?

I look forward to hear from you guys.

Thanks,
