The defaults loads also at driver version 16.1.0.0 but only for corner click setiingSmiley Frustrated

Just want to be helpful by saying I came across this thread when searching for a solution for the exact problem and I would like to put the solution on record here for the benefit of those who are suffering from the same problem.

 

As of now, Lenovo's driver update is still offering the buggy version 16.1.1.0, but you can download version 16.2.5.0 from Lenovo's support webpage. Version 16.2.5.0 appears to work, at least I can now control the cursor with the touchpad.

Will lenevo sometime do a driver that works properly? Because on last version, evrytime I restart PC the defaults loads. And anoying taping is enabled :@:@.

Have you tried the driver suggested by constantspin to upgrade the driver to 16.2.5.0 ?

Also before you update, do remove the old drivers in the C:\Drivers folder.

Where does one find the 16.2.5.0? The version on the driver update site is 16.2.14

16.2.14.0 is newer compared to the 16.2.5.0. Is the 16.2.14.0 giving problem?

Again please note that before you update any drivers, do check C:\DRIVERS folder if there are any old UltraNav drivers in there. If there is, do delete the older UltraNav folder before executing the new driver's setup file.
