This is what you get from a $25k+ machine, this happen when I change the display mode to discrete, otherwise the machine Only works on intel instead of the invidia GPU, the entire GPU is faulty and doesn't work on the x1 extreme machine, I got my machine from US before I move to Egypt, and now I'm stuck with a machine that I can't return, and Lenovo support doesn't even answer anything.
Total waste of money.. I'd never pay a penny for Lenovo products ever again.

Please try connecting an external monitor and check if the laptop will work. If the issue persists, you can check if the Lenovo X1 Extreme has an Internationa Warranty in Egypt by going here https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/iwslookup?CID=ww:lenovosocial:20x9m6 (enter the serial number and choose the country where you bought the laptop) and look for the Lenovo phone support in Egypt.
Alternatively, you can try bringing the laptop to a service provider https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/ht118678?CID=ww:lenovosocial:20x9m6 (filter by country) and check for a complete diagnosis/repair service.
