ploni, welcome to the forum,

please check the following;

R. Click in an empty place on desktop

L. Click on properties

L. Click selecting the Settings Tab

L. Click selecting Advanced (bottom R.)

L. Click selecting "On Screen Display"

If "on screen display" isn't selected, please do so.

It might also be possible that you need to reinstall the Hot Key Utility.

Hope this helps
