Yes. After much effort, many phone calls, and nearly two months I finally received a replacement laptop. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.

Hey! My laptop seems to be also affected by this issue. I checked it as it was mentioned on the top post, and the result was AFFECTED. I have been trying to contact the customer support here in France but without luck. How should I proceed? When I choose the option to submit a service request it askes me to also give the address of the service center. I don't know which of these centers I should choose.
I live in Valbonne, France. Moved here a couple of days ago.
How I should proceed now?
