Hi

The issue looks strange enough as BIOS checks only for USB IDs of the devices in this wwan/ssd port, SSD doesn't have them.

Did you disable internal battery before m.2 SSD installation? It's a mandatory routine. Otherwise, you had a chance to burn the SSD or port controller.

Anyway, perform the following steps to gone 1802 issue:
- unplug the AC charger
- enter the BIOS Setup, disable the internal battery (Configuration menu), the laptop will be powered off
- unplug external battery pack
- plug the power button and hold it during 20...30 seconds
- assemble the battery pack and AC charger, boot the laptop

Are there any symbols at the end of the string with error 1802? Two or four groups of 4 symbols in each, via slash.

Perform the following steps:
- enter BIOS Setup, disable Wireless WAN port (Security -> I/O Port Access), save the settings, boot laptop
- reboot, enter BIOS Setup, enable WWAN port, save, try to boot

1. ADATA SSD
The only advices are:
- as you updated the BIOS load and save its defult settings (F9 within Setup)
- check out SSD's firmware on the manufacturer site

2. The noise can be caused by different source:
- high fan speed
- the fan is broken
- the fan is debalanced due to the dust on its impeller, for example

So, the type of noise differs either.

Sorry, I haven't recognized an issue on the image with foam rubber strip.
