I did run Crystal Mark, but I don't know what the baseline scores for the Samsung are for comparison.
Otherwise I plan to use the 30 days to evaluate the machine and if I end up hanging on to it will replace it with a 1TB Samsung 970 Pro

I happened to have a PM961 1TB NVMe SSD on my computer
Here is my CrystalDiskMark result for comparison:
I don't have a ThinkPad with M.2 slot, so this benchmark was run on my other laptop with Intel i7-7700HQ CPU.

To be honest, I really don't understand what each of the tests is, but the 2nd one on my Union Memory drive seems a little off, the other 3 don't seem to compare too bad in comparison to the Samsung?
Another claim I put to the test today was the 0-80 in 60 claims. I let it completely drain to zero last night and sit all day unplugged. When I got home I plugged it in and started a 60-minute timer. I fired it up after the 60 minutes and was pleasantly surprised to find it had actually charged to 84%. Not bad Lenovo

I can't really explain the meaning for each row of result either. Someone correct me if i am wrong, but i think the 3rd and 4th row would be more important since it reflects random files transferring speed, in which the higher read and write speed the better. So, in my opinion the performance of your SSD is decent!
