Wifi suddenly stopped working during an application download, I have been using the computer 2 weeks... Device manager shows that there is something wrong with the unit(other computer and mobile devices still works fine on the same wireless network). BTW, it is a Intel AC 9560 wireless module.
Tried restarts of computer, disable/enable, uninstall/install, update driver etc. no improvement. Reinstalled Windows 10, no improvement.
I followed troubleshooting videos on Lenovo support, no improvement.
Starting to look like the worst computer buy ever...
Tried to submit a ticket on Lenovo support but all fields goes blank after filling in serial and model and pressing "Submit". So support ticket does not work to submit.
Any known solutions for this? Anyone experienced the same issue?

I had the exact same problem.
Just wondering, did you ever use the sd card reader?

No had not used the SD card reader.
After contacting phone support they sent me a new wifi module which I replaced myself (it was OK without affecting warranty). After that it has been working perfect.

Exact same for me, it was intermittent for a while until it dissappeared from device manager after having used the sd card reader!
any idea what could that be or how to proceed?
