Thank you so much! spent hours on phone with Windows and even scheduled a visit from a lenovo technician. Found out they were going to replace my screen! I knew that was not the issue since i got feedback, it just didn't allow me to do anything! Cheers!

Just to let you know that a new WinTab Utility has been released which should fix the issue described in this thread.
