Windows 10 Pro activation on new X260 failed

My new ThinkPad X260 which I ordered during Black Friday was arrived, but I have got an issue when I try to activate the Windows 10 Pro on this machine. The Error Code is: 0xC004C008 (the product key you entered has already been used on a different device). Has anyone experienced the same issue? Please advise how to resolve the case!


I had managed to contact Lenovo Support and they gave me ticket number for this case: 4037q97. Anyone can give me advise how to proceed with the ticket number provided....?

The only time I encountered this, the microsoft activation server was sick.  The next day, everything was fine.  I hope that is your situation.
