Windows explorer constantly stopped working

Hello,

 

I am running 64 bit Windows 7. When I close a window using windows explorer, it stops working. I try to open a window again and close it, it stops working again. This problem is not solved until I restart the computer. I found this issue after I installed Bitdefender antivirus software and suspect there is a conflict. Is it the cause of the problem? I appreciate your response!

I forgot to say Bitdefender is capable with Windows 7.
