We recommend trying these steps to fix the shutdown issues if you haven't already.
Open command prompt as Administrator
Type in this command: shutdown /s /t 0
(this command is to force shutdown the computer)
If this does not work, try the second method.
Go to config
Select Thunderbolt (TM) 3
Disable Wake by Thunderbolt (TM) 3
Exit save changes
