X1 Carbon - 3444 - Intel HD4000 driver issue

Currently running the below driver.  Upon installation of driver 9.18.10.3359 the right 2" and bottom 2" of my monitor are unusuable.  The display still shows graphics it's just unusable.  

 

Monitor is connected via DVI from Thinkpad USB 3.0 dock.

 

Any ideas on this one?
