I was recently experiencing some issues with my machine freezing randomly so I tried to reset windows 10 to see if it would help. While going through the reset process the computer froze up again and I was forced to do a hard power down.
Now the computer will not boot up. After the initial ThinkPad intro screen, it goes completely black (only showing periodic pixelated white boxes that appear/disappear). If I move the mouse around, it will show up temporarily and then disappear again.
I have tried going into the boot menu and it doesn't seem to be accessing the drive (I hit enter on the primary Samsung option, the screen blinks quickly, and returns me to the same spot). I have also tried resetting the BIOS settings to the default option, again, with no success. At this point, I am pretty much lost in terms of what else to do.
I'm starting to think I may need to buy a new one but thought I would see if anyone had any advice/solutions.
Thanks for the help!
