When I boot up, I get to the Lenovo logo screen with a spinning wheel at the bottom - it spins for maybe a minute, then freezes, and gets stuck right there, nothing changes or happens. What preceded this is that things started to freeze while I was working - I remember Oultook locked up, and other apps followed, and then I could not even get the Task Manager to open nor could I shut it down or restart. I pressed and held the power button and it shut down. Ever since, it freezes on boot up and will not boot up at all. I tried the pin hole reset button, I tried pressing and holding the power button during boot up, and I even tried disabling the WLAN in the BIOS > Secuity > I/O Access as suggested in another forum post. Nothings resolves. Any ideas? Any help?

Welcome to our forums community.
Were there any changes or any updates installed before the issue arise? Is the storage or HDD detected under BIOS? If yes, try resetting the settings in BIOS. Once you are in the BIOS page, go to the Exit Tab --> Choose Load default settings --> Hit the Enter Key --> Choose Yes. After that, still in the Exit Tab --> Choose Exit saving changes. Your computer will attempt to restart the machine. Let us know how it goes.
