Unable to perform any Lenovo support updates to BIOS, drivers or other Lenovo features since purchase.
Lenovo telephone warranty support after 1 1/2 hours says only solution is to wipe disc and install new Lenovo software via a flash drive they will provide.
Does anyone have a better solution?
I dread having to retreive all my data, and more important reinstall multiple applications and settings.

I appologize, this is my first post and thought it was a public post, not a private request.
Operating System Windows 10 Professional came on machine supplied by Lenovo.
I will explore site further to try to make this a public post.
