X1 Carbon 5th Gen Fingerprint scanner after Windows 10 Update to 1709

Since the update to Windows 10 1709 (Fall Creator's update) my fingerprint scanner & Windows Hello doesn't work anymore.

I own a Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon 5th Gen (20K3).
In the device manager the fingerprint reader seems to have an issue... And Windows Hello doesn't recognize the device anymore. I already tried to enable SGX in BIOS - but that didn't change much...
Thank you for your help -

Re: X1 Carbon 5th Gen Fingerprint scanner after Windows 10 Update to 1709

Solved it by going to the device manager, deleting the device (Synaptics WBDI) including drivers... Then rebooted and then the device was recognized in the Windows Hello settings again Smiley Happy
