This particular machine is still in warranty and has been in daily use for several months. Most recent hardwrae scan yesterday shows "USB test failed" under Motherboard with final result code "W1MCCUZNB-Q8B7F1".
Before I go through an online service request, anyone know if this is a known false positive? No external USB devices of any kind were present during the scan, could that be the cause?
And, online chat says "Chat support is not valid for your selected country and product". Interesting since my selected country is US and my product serial number has a couple of years of warranty left.
