Re: X1 Carbon 5th gen - Sierra EM7455 WWAN - SIM not recognised

This post was a lifesaver to get my LTE working.  I was on the phone with Lenovo and also VZ Wireless and nobody had a clue what to do and each one was pointing the finger at one another on why the SIM card was not connecting and it kept giving me a SIM PIN2 Unlock error and they were trying to PUK unlock codes and it was not working either.  After reading this post I went to the Sierra website and downloaded the specific and most recent VZ software/firmware update for the wireless modem and restarted the laptop.  Right when the laptop rebooted and I logged in the SIM card connected to the network.  If anyone else if having the same problem this should fix it.
