The "CTO" letters in your model mean "configured to order".  You can look at the assembly parts list here:

http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/product-and-parts/partsLookup.page

Sometimes, it says what antenna assemblies are installed.  You have a WLAN (wifi) antenna.  You may or may not have a WWAN antenna.

The best way to be sure is to remove the bottom cover and look.  You loosen 5 captive screws and tip it up from the hinge side.  The WWAN slot is next to the wireless card.  The antenna wires would be taped down by the slot if you have them.  They are a pain to add if you don't have them.

Hi

There isn't information about antennas kit installed in your laptop, in public access. If you need it, could you wait some time?

Yeah, no big rush. Do you have to check some internal Lenovo database?

Ok great, thank you!
I'm hesitant to take the cover off until I have some confirmation. I want to keep the body nice and tight!

Unfortunately, the parts lookup service returns wrong information about your device specification, 2 months ago till presently. Lenovo representative confirmed that. So, its impossible to answer for your question clearly from our side. Sorry for this inconvenience.
