X1 Carbon 6th Gen - Second Screen connected through 'Thunderbolt 3' not showing/detecting

2019-03-26, 15:29 PM

Trying to connect 6th Gen X1 Carbons to a second screen but it isn't working.

Using a USB-C/Thunderbolt 3 to VGA and a USB-C/Thunderbolt 3 to VGA/HDMI.

I have the 5th Generation X1 Carbons and they work perfectly fine with the adapters/convertors I have.

Does anyone know why or any pointers that they can tell me.

Or is it just as simple as that they are not compatible with the 6th generation X1 Carbons.
