I am sorry for your troubles.
You can choose settings as below steps to match your needs.

1. change a regedit value Attributes=2 in belows location.
\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\PowerSettings\4f971e89-eebd-4455-a8de-9e59040e7347\99ff10e7-23b1-4c07-a9d1-5c3206d741b4

2. Change the settings of "Lid close/open action" in "Control Panel"->"Power"->in your actived power plan, choose "Change Plan settings" ->"Change advanced power settings"

Re: X1 Carbon 6th gen: computer wakes up from sleep with lid activty

Dear Luca81,

Thanks for your information.
I has reproduced the same issue.
During the PC enter Sleep(After press power button , but not fully enter sleep - the LED light is on not flashes), I slightly turn the lid . -> then wait LED light flashes , -> close the Lid. the PC will Wake Up.

But, if i don't slightly turn the lid before the LED light flashes, the issue not appeared.

I am not sure if we have the same operations.
Would you please recall that whether you have small operations during the PC enter Sleep(for example: slightly turn the lid ).

X1 Carbon 6th support Modern standby, Maybe this issue related to Modern Standby.

Re: X1 Carbon 6th gen: computer wakes up from sleep with lid activty

Hi, thanks. No, I do not have small operations during the PC enter Sleep(for example: slightly turn the lid ). also th pc goes to sleep in 1 second or so, so I would not even able to move the lid or do anythign else.
