My X1C is less than 4 weeks old and I started observing massive battery drain while sleeping. I tried switching off wifi when asleep, but that didn't help. I have been looking at the sleep study report for the past week and consistently observe 7% battery drain per hour (3500 mW), which is insane. The culprit is always the Intel(R) PCI Express Root Port #13. However, double clicking into it says that there are No Active Components.
This is a deal breaker for me. Is anyone else noticing similar behavior? Or, does anyone have any advice on how to investigate/fix this issue?

Is fast start up turned off? After turning off that helped my battery drain on my X1Y3. Also what about always on USB?

I don't want to turn off fast start up; is 7% per hour drain normal for Lenovo laptops with fast startup turned on? For the always on USB, there is nothing plugged in to that slot when the computer is sleeping - is it going to help if I disable it anyway?
