Although there is some wifi available, it didn't display here
It did not happen all the time. I need to reset my laptop to connect to the internet.

The first thing I will try is to reinstall the WIFI driver. Please check the model number of your device as there are multiple of them.

Same problem here. In addition to after-sleep period, with my 7th gen carbon, the problem sometimes occurs also randomly when I use the laptop. It has to be related either to the latest Intel driver, BIOS update, or Cumulative Windows update since all of those took place at the end of January when the problem arose for the first time.

Same problem here. No connection via wifi or ethernet (through adaptor or ThinkPad USB-C doc station) after sleep. Have to restart the laptop every time the issue occurs.
