Recently I opened a tech support case and got folowing recommends about this issue:
Resetting capacitors
To troubleshoot the problem, please do the following:
1. Turn off the device
2. Disconnect the charger and other accessories.
3. Then hold down the ON / OFF button for 60 seconds.
4. Connect the charger.
5. Switch on the device in the usual way.
The button delay process resets the capacitors on the motherboard and thereby removes excess static energy from them. This has no effect on your data.
