Please note Lenovo released a BIOS version, v1.10, that resolves failures to resume from sleep mode in X1 Yoga and X1 Carbon 2016 (Machine types: 20FB, 20FC).
- Fixed an issue where the computer might not resume normal operation from sleep
state due to the inconsistent BIOS setting of security chip.
It can be downloaded here: http://support.lenovo.com/us/en/downloads/DS111756

There is a fix for the 20BS and 20BT... did you guys even read this thread?
Amy posted the link to the fixed bios for 20BS and 20BT just go one page back and it's there...
Since I'm a nice guy and apparently reading is too hard, here's the link:

When I shut the lid on the X1 Yoga after it's been turned on, the screen will intermittenly not respond when the lid is opened again. The backlight comes on identifying that the computer's awake, however the screen never comes on. I've read previous posts identifying mutliple remedies and nothing seems to work. The most recent has been updating the BIOS to version 1.17 as the fix. After updating the BIOS it seems as though the problem is happening more often.
I have machine type 20FQ.
