X1 Carbon Yoga Gen 1 Stylus Pressure and battery

when using the stylus in photoshop on my X1 Carbon Yoga Gen 1, it jumps from light pressure to maximum pressure with very light movement, it's been like this form day one, is it a faulty stylus? or it just a standard low quality product?

also how much battery life is normal, screen brightness at one setting up from minimum while just typing and web browsing? im getting about 3 to 4 hours

Re: X1 Carbon Yoga Gen 1 Stylus Pressure and battery

Do you have an OLED screen?  I have heard that they use substantially more power than the "normal" screen.

it's not the OLED, it's the 1920x1080 IPS
