X1 Carbon display problem and non existent tech support

Hello everybody, I'm sorry but I'm really disappointed

 

I bought a X1 Carbon 3rd gen on November 2015. Last Sunday I turned it on but the display was died: completely black. The PC works great but only with an external monitor.

I immediately called my supplier where I bought it and he opened a request for a spare display.

Today is friday and there isn't any new about my display. From Lenovo there's no answer... It's unacceptable for a computer that costs more than 1500 euro.

I always used Lenovo (before I was a IBM Thinkpad user), I have tablet, smartphone.. but seing this I'm afraid it's time to make a change.
