X1 Carbon memory can not be recognized

2014-11-09, 13:13 PM

I have newly bought a x1 carbon with 8g memory and i7 4660u, system win7 4 bites, the model is 20A7 CTO1WW, I didn't choose the high resolution screen because I think it is not neccessary.

But the usable momery is only 3.08gb, i am very confused and don't know what is the problem. Is it because the mainboard doesn't support 8g memory?

Anyone has the same problem and can tell me why?

Thanks so much!!

Here is the picture of system information.QQ图片20141109144347.png
