As I stated previously Engineers are looking into possible recovery options but, at this time, it would be pure speculation on my part if I were to set an expectation for a resolution time line. If someone has experienced this issue and feels they require immediate assistance they should please contact support through the Contact Us site, (contact options may vary from country to country).
No one asked for a resolution time line. I asked:
CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME WHICH LENOVO SUPPORT AND ENGINEERING TEAMS ARE AWARE OF THIS ISSUE ? FURTHERMORE I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF LENOVO IS AWARE OF THIS ISSUE ON A GLOBAL SCALE ?

Unlickly I am the last one who downloaded this corrupoting BIOS update! I just checked again the files related to this version have been reomved.
Please let's know what's the fix as I use this laptop for critical work!!!

I am really disappointed by Lenovo's bad service and call center:
Lenovo Support refused to create a technical ticket for the laptop !
Lenovo Call Center in my country *refused* to fix it!
Lenovo Dealer refused to replace it, fix it or refund it !
Lenovo Forums (Engineers) still have not provided a fix !
Tomorrow is last weekday in my country and I cannot perform my critical work for the entire weekend!
What a nice experience :\
