Since i changed the BIOS setting from "Hybrid Graphics" to "Discrete Graphics" the Windows 10 won't boot anymore from fastboot-state. Always force powering off and start again or disable fastboot works. When changing back to "Hybrid Graphics" the fastboot works normally, no boot freeze. But with "Hybrid Graphics" i notice a lot performance withdraw, so i prefer the "Discrete Graphics".
Resetting BIOS Setting and change to "Discrete Graphics" didn't solve it.
I would like use the fastboot. If anyone have a workaround or idea to able to use the fastboot AND "Discrete Graphics" without freezing, i would like to hear it. Thanks in advance.

can you confirm change Boot Mode to Diagnostics would resolve the boot freeze issue?
Per my experiment on P1, the boot freeze still occasionally occurs when Graphic setting to Discrete.
By the way, this issue was under investigaiton now. Thank you for sharing the information.

Still freezing when I change the Boot Mode to Diagnostics.
Right when the Windows boots from Fast-Boot and at the time of freeze the display brightness get likely halved.
At normal Windows boot the display brightness get halved then back to normal brightness (within a seconds).
Never saw this brightness behavior on any other notebooks except short black screen like on my PC (NVidia driver boot).

Thank you for your prompt response.
So disable fastbook (change Boot Mode from Quick to Diagnotics) still not able to avoid the boot freeze - just clarify to get right direction on investigation.

To be sure if you understand it too: i doesn't mean the freeze on BIOS level, i mean the freeze on Windows level. Windows 10 has a fast-boot option, like semi-hibernate, which is enabled by default.
For now i have to disable the fast-boot option under Windows 10 to be able to boot without freezing with the discrete GPU only at cost of longer boot time.

I found the problem persists even disable fast boot in Win10, probably less chance to experience the problem but it's still there.
we're investigating this issue and it's behind the schedule by some resource out for vacation due to Chinese new year. Apologzie for the inconvinience.
I will keep you updated.

we're closing to the solution. A trial VBIOS has proved success though still need a while to ensure there's no side effect.
I will keep you updated.
