Thought I could avoid phone support hell by opening case online. Depot repair prepaid box shipped both ways overnight. However, no update since 9/22 "part unavailable"! This screen option is currently sold online. Has anyone received a new replacement under these circumstances? What did you have to do? Thanks.

I have the same issue with dead pixels. Not very many, but given it is a high-end DolbyVision HDR screen, one shouldn't have to deal with this issue. Any luck on getting some support or a replacement?

I should have listened to you but gave Lenovo a chance... and they blew it.
They did replace my screenw with one that doesn't have dead pixels, but had visible FADED areas at the bottom, a band about 1" thick.
**bleep**. Lenovo, do your tech guys actually LOOK at what they're doing?
