X1 Yoga 4th Gen: How to wake up from sleep mode

If my Lenovo X1 Yoga (4th gen) is in tablet mode and goes to sleep, I cannot find a way to wake it back up except for folding it back to laptop mode and pressing any button.

Most answers to this issue suggest pressing the power button a little longer (https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/ThinkPad-X-Series-Laptops/X1-Yoga-3rd-Gen-How-to-revive-from-sleep-in-t...), but this does not work for me: Also when i press the power button for a long time, the tablet does not wake up... Am I the only one?

Hi fawidmer! Welcome to our forums community. We can see a lot of available updates recently for your laptop from our website: https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/thinkpad-x-series-laptops/thinkpad-.... You can also run the update through the Vantage app and install all available updates. Restart the computer and check if the issue is the same. Let us know how it goes.

Re: X1 Yoga 4th Gen: How to wake up from sleep mode

Just tested this in my shiny new 4th Gen.  A two second press on the power button wakes it.

FWIW,

Z.
