X1 Yoga Gen 5 - USB CONNECTED & DISCONNECTED PORTS CONSTANTLY!

I own a 2,500.00 PAPER WEIGHT!

 

I am on my second (replacement) X1 Yoga 5 that continues to be plagued with USB CONNECTED and DISCONNECTED ports constantly. I installed a USB Port logger, and it unplugs and plugs in at least 300 times per 10-20 minutes. 

 

Premier tech support is clueless, and their only solution is to uninstall the ports and reboot the device. This does not work!!! Like I said I am on device #2 that is having the same exact issues. They are coming out on monday to replace the control board. That probably won't do anything either....

 

Did anyone get this resolved??
