I'm having issues where in gradients, the blacks are becoming horribly blocky and pixelated. I know there was another user on this forum that had that issue, and I was wondering if any lenovo specialist could confirm that this is a known issue, and is warranty-able.
Pictures of my OLED's black pixelation problem:

Acco,
Would you be able to provide additional information to assist with reproducing the issue with pixelated blacks?
The current versions for these drivers:
Once you have done this, please upgrade these drivers and review the picture quality to see if this has been resolved:
Thank you,

I can confirm newest drivers - no updating was needed. As this laptop has only been in my possession since Thursday. I'm debating on just returning it, and not bothering with this model, as I already talked to support, and asked for a replacement... which is estimated to arrive next year, in mid January. :/

Just an idea, what color depth do you have in graphics options ?

I just installed the latest drivers from Lenovo's support site as suggested. I still see terrible pixelated blacks while watching videos with kodi, vlc, or windows 10 built in "Movies and TV" app.
All exhibit the same behavior of pixelated blacks and what appears to be a color shift to "Native" rather than the color space that is set in the settings panel.
I love the OLED screen for normal use, but to be honest, I really went for the OLED with the hopes of having a really nice screen for portable TV and Movies.

Lenovo is going to swap out my display -- let's see if that fixes the issue...

Hi
Moved from Mac to Windows after I saw the new Lenovo OLED X1 Yoga. I was so excited with this laptop. Everything about it is good until when i started watching movies or youtube videos on it. I see black pixelated during movie play or youtube videos. There was a thread about it https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/ThinkPad-X-Series-Lap
Its just been a month i had this. Will greatly appreciate if anyone can help.
Thanks

Call back. The person I spoke with had already dealt with another case just like this in the previous few hours. She knew exactly what was up and had no problem with scheduling display for replacement. Now to see if that fixes it.
