I have an X120e and the system informed me that I should perform a battery reset. After doing so, the battery charge capacity plummeted to around 15wh. Could this battery reset have damaged the battery or robbed it of some of its capacity somehow? This laptop is only a year old, and before the reset it held a charge noticeably longer.
After reviewing the battery info a bit more I discovered that it has only been cycled 62 times. That does not seem to be substantial enough usage to warrant such a massive degradation of performance. Could Lenovo's battery utility be to blame for this?

I have also discovered that when the Lenovo Battery Utility meter reads 100%, the Windows battery meter only reads around 65%.
What could be causing these problems?
