Re: X120e issues - flash based games

Hi....

Have an X120e that has serious performance issues running flash based games. I've disabled the hardware acceleration, slight improvement but it's still very, very bad.

Yesterday I even put an SSD hd with a clean load of win7. faster boot but no improvement in games.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Re: X120e issues - flash based games

Disabling hardware acceleration is probably the opposite of what you want to do, considering the X120e's relatively weak CPU. You'll want to off-load as much as possible to the GPU.

Make sure all of your drivers are up to date.

Re: X120e issues - flash based games

We tried it both ways (on was the default) and its was a fair bit better with it disabled.

I updated all the drivers too.

the whole system seems to want to pause for a few seconds some times. its very strange....
