Does anyone know if it is possible to have the external mouse set for left-handed and the touchpad set for right-handed?
I have X1C with Win 7.
Today I set the mouse in the Windows control panel for left-handed. The X1c touchpad now has (consistently) a complete reversed behaviour. But I would like to use it as right-handed, as I used to do.
Thanks in advance!

I've done some research and was able to get this to work, but not with the standard UltraNav drivers that are likely installed on your machine. If you go here and click on the first download link (Windows 8/7/XP/Vista 64/32-bit Edition v16.2.21) the new drivers will begin downloading. After they are done, install them. You will then be prompted to restart. Do so. When your machine comes back, go to Control Panel and click on Mouse. This menu should look different than before. Make sure your external mouse is connected at this point. On the Buttons tab, you should see a dropdown menu. Here you will find any mice connected to the system. You can set each mouse to left-handed or right-handed independently of one another.

Thank you for your suggestion.
Unfortunately I don't have enough rights on the machine to change the drivers, and I don't think the IT will be willing to give it a try.
I was looking to a much low-level solution...
Anyway, many thanks angain!
