Model 7459-1F1. After 3-4-5 times restoring from hibernate, on screen i see flickers artifacts. Like errors video memory on desktop videocard after incorrect overclocking. After reboot is all right on next 3-4-5 times.
This bug ONLY after hibernate, other all situation i can't repeat its situation.
What i probe -
restore to factory default from recovery partition
change vista x86 to WIN7 x64 and x86
update to latest video driver, monitor driver, bios.
Nothing happening
((
Any idea, to fix it?

Yes, it it. How you are frequent it saw?
I think, this error in address space of operative memory which is allocated under video. Not memory error,
hardware bug in bios.
Can be possibility in setup to change a memory size allocated under video? You do not know, whether it is possible to make it?

Exactly same problem here. And my other thinkpad.
Thought it was memory error, tried:
Changing harddisk, reinstalling windows, updating display driver, changing memory (!), run memory test program, ultimately.. changing to a whole new unit.
Same problem. Accours after hibernating 5-6 times.
Only a reboot can update to correct display.
Changing power schemes or docking/undocking does NOT work, as some might suggest.
Also updated bios to newest edition (X200 3.11) - problem persists.

Has anyone contacted Lenovo help to report the error? Seems like a software issue. I'm having the same issue, that occurred after the 2nd most recent lenovo software update. I'm using Windows 7.
