Hi Mpty,
Can you provide us the “Dump File” so that it will be easy for us to verify the exact issue? You can use any 3rd party cloud link to share the file e.g. drop-box.
@ gcast
Please send me the dump files, if your are also facing BSOD issue.
Best regards,
Hemanth Kumar

You might want to try the solution in my post on this thread:

That's disappointing to hear.
We are talking about the same thing: on my X1 Carbon I have 7 entries of which three have a power management tab, otherwise it is exactly as you describe.
In total I have had only one BSOD (subsequent to my post) since making this change, whereas before it would fail to enter sleep successfully about 50% of the time. However, the symptoms are slightly different on X1 Carbon - before I was rarely getting a BSOD but more commonly on entering sleep the dynamic function strip (on X1) stayed on, the power light stayed on but the PC was unresponsive to anything other than holding the power button down for 10s.
I do still think this must be related to USB power management as it has provoked a significant change in behaviour on my machine.
You might want to try creating an energy use report to check for USB errors. Instructions for this are here:

Afraid I am out of ideas. The USB fix appears to have made a significant improvement to my machine, yours appears different. Before when mine attempted to enter sleep it would never recover, no matter how long I left it.
I checked my energy report. There is no reference to cryptsvc - maybe that is causing your issue. My sleep state settings appear the same (S1 + S2 = False, S3 + S4 = True).

In the meantime, I incidentlly noticed, that my X220 does NOT crash when entering sleep, provided that at boot time (and after!) the WLAN switch is turned off AND also, the ethernet cable is not plugged in.
In that case, my X220 suspends and resumes flawlessly. However, as soon as the WLAN is activated again or the Ethernet is plugged in again, during this kind of testing, the problem of crashing on suspend returns.

Further progress in understandin the cause of crashing on suspending to sleep: if Dropbox (3.4.3) is uninstalled, problem ceases. On re-installation it re-appears
