Ordered a refurb custom x230 from the outlet on the 24th of January and it was supposed to be shipped out yesterday. The website still says that it should have been shipped but the reps say February 4th. I also dont have a copy of the specs when I purchased it and cant get anyone to tell me what they were. I am afraid that if that laptop is out of stock it wont be in stock for quite a while since it wasnt a base model.
What should I do to get the process rolling. I need the laptop for school.
