Can you provide more details please?

 

Are you setting the boot order in BIOS or using Enter - F12 to temporarily choose a boot device?

 

Have you got secure boot enabled in BIOS?

To be fair I've always used F12. Does setting boot order work automatically? I've always had to use F12. How does one invoke three year UK warranty? I have till August. It's always hung sometimes when powered on, only sometimes, then proceeds to boot. Strange behaviour.
