I can see the iBtSiva process running in the processlist but cannot find any Intel connect online software installed under Programms in the system settings. Can you tell me we're I can find this?

Seems like uninstalling Intel Connect Online doesn't stop the service. iBtSiva still causes issue for me.
As I don't use bluetooth, I just disabled the intel bluetooth services in services.msc.

I am also facing the same problem and trust me this is very annoying for me while working and doing a presentation.
here are my system details :
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7600U CPU @ 2.80GHz, 2904 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
BIOS Version/Date LENOVO R0IET52W (1.30 ), 20-03-2018
System Model 20HMS06V00
Samsung 512GB SSD
All drivers, windows packs etc are up to date.
Lenovo please fix the issue.
