Recently purchased new X270 which is in warranty.
I wanted know if I can upgrade the LCD from HD to FHD in authorized way (in Japan), without breaking warranty.
If upgrade by myself doesn't break warranty, where can I buy Lenovo parts in authorized way? It seems lenovo Japan's website for purchasing parts is broken 
I tried dialling Lenovo in Japan but I don't understand their Japanese IVR.
I couldn't reach support unless I face a problem.

Warranty requirements and rules are different in every country, but the LCD is not considered customer-replaceable. I suggest either calling support and ask about a paid-for repair/upgrade or selling your machine and buying one that better meets your needs.
