X301 memory upgrade

Hi,

 

I want to upgrade memory in my x301 to 8GB by 2x4GB 

 

but i dont know which one is best 

 

204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 800
204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1066 (PC3 8500)
204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600)

204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666)

 

i dont even know which is compatible 

 

please help.

ddr3 1066 mhz is the one i used when i had mine X301.

can anyone recommand which type is suitable

204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1066 (PC3 8500)
204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600)

204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666)

204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1066 (PC3 8500) is the one you are looking for. Although the 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600) will also work but at 1033 mhz speed. which one you pick depend on availability and price.
